SendPromptly Terms of Service — Usage and Policies

Terms governing access to SendPromptly's transactional email and webhook delivery platform.

Effective date: January 7, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SendPromptly. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use SendPromptly on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

1. Service scope

SendPromptly provides an API and dashboard for transactional email and webhook delivery, including scheduling, retries, logs, and usage controls.

SendPromptly is orchestration software. Message delivery also depends on your external email/provider setup and domain configuration.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for:

  • keeping account credentials and API keys secure;
  • rotating keys if exposed;
  • limiting access to authorized users;
  • activity under your workspace.

3. Bring-your-own provider credentials

If you connect SMTP or provider API credentials:

  • you authorize SendPromptly to use them only to send on your behalf;
  • you confirm you have rights to use those credentials and domains;
  • you are responsible for provider setup and provider charges.

We may disable configurations that present abuse, security, or operational risk.

4. Usage limits and quotas

Plan limits are enforced per billing period and may include quotas, rate limits, project limits, and add-on limits.

Unused quota does not roll over unless explicitly stated in your plan.

5. Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until canceled.
  • Plan upgrades may apply immediately.
  • Plan downgrades typically take effect next billing cycle.
  • Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SendPromptly to:

  • send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unsolicited content;
  • violate anti-spam or privacy laws;
  • deliver malware, phishing, or harmful payloads;
  • attempt to bypass plan or security controls;
  • interfere with service operation.

We may block or restrict traffic, domains, or configurations that create abuse or compliance risk.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • you violate these Terms;
  • your usage creates legal, security, or operational risk;
  • required fees are unpaid.

You may stop using the service at any time. Cancellation effects follow your active billing cycle.

8. Privacy

Your use of SendPromptly is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or successful delivery in every case.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SendPromptly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
