What you are paying to avoid

Paid-but-not-applied incidents cost more than the subscription price. A single support ticket takes 30–60 minutes to diagnose. A missed access failure in a critical customer’s account can trigger churn. Manual database edits under time pressure introduce risk. SendPromptly replaces all of that with an automated incident, a safe repair action, and an audit trail.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free tier?

No. SendPromptly does not have a permanent free tier. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial so you can instrument a real payment flow and verify incident detection before paying.

What counts as a monitored event?

One monitored event is one payment webhook your app reports to SendPromptly. If you send one signal per Stripe or Shopify event, your monitored event count equals the number of payment events your app processes each month.

Which payment providers are included?

Both Stripe and Shopify are included on all plans. Additional providers are on the roadmap.

What happens when I reach the monthly limit?

Ingestion is blocked once the monthly quota is exhausted. This makes the cost behavior predictable and explicit for your team.

What is the best plan for a solo founder?

Starter. It covers one payment integration, email alerts, and up to 1,000 payment events per month — enough for most early-stage products.

Can I use one account for test and live traffic?

Yes. Use test mode while validating your integration, then switch the project to live mode when the flow is ready. Keep separate API keys for each deployment context.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes, for Team and larger agreements. Contact us for annual invoicing.

Can I downgrade or cancel?

Yes. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Cancellation retains access through the current paid period.

Do you support high-volume requirements?

If your payment event volume exceeds the Team plan limits, contact us for a custom plan.
